New Highwire Engagement Ring

A 4ct Aquamarine with a total of 1.15cts trapezoid and tapered baguette diamonds set in 18ct white gold.  This is a new version of a design we first created in 2008.   This version is slightly smaller than the original ring's 8.2ct central stone!

A new version of our original design Emerald Cut Sapphire engagement ring. This one has end-set baguette diamonds with finer claws and was totally designed and created on the new Rumour CAD (Computer Aided Design)

Oval aquamarine with a four claw setting and pave set diamond shank. Set in platinum.

An great example of simple design and elegance. A classic look with a big aquamarine and the all round sparkle of the the pave set band and setting. This stone was the one brought out of the safe with a guard!

We've made this design before but this time it has a square cushion cut instead of the princess cut.... looks even better in reality.

A yellow gold variation on this very nice classical design. 2.22ct Emerald cut emerald with double step-down 0.33ct baguette diamonds set in 18ct yellow gold.

This engagement ring was handmade at the Rumour workshop in London.

Purple sapphire engagement ring

If at first you don't succeed... make it again! This ring was just re-made as the client wasn't happy with the original design (he unfortunately did not look at the original design specs.... so this had to be altered quite a bit)

Purple sapphire and aquamarine engagement ring: 1.96ct Emerald cut purple sapphire in a rub-over setting and six 3 x 2mm channel set baguette aquamarine shoulders. Set in 18ct white gold.

3.5ct oval Ceylon Sapphire with 2.50cts brilliant cut diamond cluster set in platinum and 18ct yellow gold.

The clients for the ring bought the sapphire in Sri Lanka not being 100% sure that they were buying a real stone. It is!

Can you believe that this is our only stock ring...? Everything we make goes to the owner immediately so this is a rare thing.

A really nice oval Ceylon Sapphire with a diamond cluster all in platinum. Classic and pretty. If someone makes a sensible offer I suppose we will have to let it go!

Another view of this 11 x 9mm Emerald Cut Aquamarine with step-down trapezoid diamonds and baguette diamonds set in platinum. From the side you can see the way that the diamond trapezoids flow from the central emerald cut aquamarine into the side baguettes.

11 x 9mm Emerald Cut Aquamarine with step-down trapezoid diamonds and baguette diamonds set in platinum. We were particulary pleased with the setting around the trapezoid diamonds and the double claws on the aquamarine... more impoprtantly so was the owner!

A classic sapphire and diamond engagement ring I snapped for our bespoke jewellery portfolio and website. Note the double claws on the settings and knife edge shank... all little design features that help set this ring apart from any imitators.

Traditional elegance in this simple 18ct gold engagement ring that although not the most exciting ring does suit many buyers. I have another view of this ring posted in June last year, but this one gives you a bit of a better idea about the design.

A little careworn this one....back for a service, this ring was made about eight years ago.

1.30ct brilliant cut diamond with baguette barrels with little brilliants in the ends... a complicated ring that I needed to re-photograph as the original snap was when I was learning how to do this!
